Terms and Conditions

  1. The Duke and Duchess Apartments,Royal Quay,Kings Dock and Knightswood Court Allerton are available for immediate rent at the rate commencing from £500.00 sterling per week(including VAT).
  2. We shall require an initial fee of £150.00 to secure your booking which must be paid with the completed application.Payment of balance of the letting fee must be recieved by us no later than two weeks before your stay commences.Prior to commencement of the letting we shall require a security deposit of £100.00.This sum will be refunded (subject to deduction of the cost of any necessary reparations)upon your departure.All breakages and damage to the premises must be paid for and will be deducted from the security deposit.
  3. Any cancellations must be made in writing no later than two weeks before your stay commences.In which event the letting fee less the deposit will be refunded in full.
  4. A 'Welcome Pack' (comprising a complimentary bottle of wine,basket of fruit,tea and coffee packs)will be provided for you upon your arrival at the premises.
  5. The rental period will commence at 4:30pm on the day of arrival and the premises must be vacated by 11:30am on the day of departure.We would urge you to be considerate and to leave the apartment in a condition in which you would expect to find it upon your arrival.Your assistance in this regard is appreciated
  6. The rental fee,includes the provision of all services including electricity,gas,clean linen and towels.
  7. Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
  8. Pets are not allowed in the premises.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse any rental application at our discretion.
  10. We require a Tenancy Agreement in standard form to be executed and completed prior to occupation of the premises being given.

Road Directions:Follow signs to the city centre and Albert Dock,from motorways M57,M62,Mersey Waterfront Apartments,Duchess Apartment is situated on the 5th floor of the complex (the white buildings) just to the left of the Albert Dock.(Block faces Albert Dock and Liver Buildings).

Public Transport Directions Train:The nearest main line station is Liverpool Lime Street with an underground connection to James Street station which is the closest to our Apartment.Bus:From Queen Square bus station take either the Smart bus number 1 or 100 to Gower Street in the Albert Dock.Duchess is situated on the fifth floor Royal Quay.This is part of the King's Waterfront Development. Access is via the lift.
